I’m a Fan

The work is basically done. Well, I’ll be honest….it’s as done as it’s getting 😉

The new theme I accidentally, probably-on-purpose-subconciously, FORCED myself into, is working for me.

The Radcliffe theme is very Featured Image based so I did have to go through the posts that would show on the initial click and set those up.

And it was a lovely time!

Going through my posts was like going through an old photo album. I recalled where I was at the time, cringed at some grammatical errors (I did not fix them) and re-read the comments from people that really boosted my spirits. I have to say – I thoroughly enjoyed myself. 🙂

Testing my Personality

Sunday morning surfing led me to discover this new-to-me website, Helping Writer’s become Authors, and their article on “What’s your writing personality?”

After reading the piece I figured I would fall into the Phlegmatic category:

Phlegmatics are the Steady Eddies. They’re not easily ruffled, which means they get to avoid many of the high and low mood swings the other personality types can be prone to. They’re dependable, thoughtful, and pragmatic. But they can also struggle to find motivation and energy to start—and then finish—projects.

It definitely painted a picture I could easily relate to. I do struggle with motivation and follow through. I’m thoughtful, sometimes to the extent of getting lost in my own, and I’m not easily ruffled.

Reaching 100 followers by the end of the year was a goal I set during Blogging 201 and I MADE IT 🙂

Accomplishment is a great feeling best to be shared.  Even if you hit 100 eons ago or are waiting for your moment – you all totally get it. I have found, in this community, there is no accomplishment to small or too big – share and be proud 🙂

I’ve learned so many wonderful things from Blogging U and other bloggers and it’s time I actually make that knowledge useful.

So I’m going to use December to ramp up to 2015; get all my ducks in a row; cross my t’s and dot my i’s; and whatever other cliche’s that suggest I’m going to buckle down and get serious.
